30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Fees & Shipping Costs
- Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We do not charge any restocking fees).
- Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Return Shipping Address & Location
Returns must be shipped to our US fulfillment address (Menifee, CA 92584). Please use the return label included in your original package and follow the enclosed packing instructions.
How to Request a Return
Email us at support@casly.store with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll send a free replacement or full refund — no return required. Just email us a photo.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Email us at support@casly.store with your order number and requested exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges unless the original item was defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 days.
